Material Event Disclosure (General)
Within the scope of the notification submitted to our Company by the Investor Compensation Center ("ICC");
Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph four of Capital Markets Law No. 6362, rights holders may receive reimbursement and payment from the ICC in respect of shares of Yapı Kredi Koray Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. whose ownership was transferred to the Investor Compensation Center ("ICC") due to failure to dematerialize within the prescribed period, within the framework of the "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Payments to Be Made to Investors by the Investor Compensation Center Following the Partial Annulment of Article 13, Paragraph Four of Capital Markets Law No. 6362" published in the Official Gazette dated 07.09.2016 and numbered 29824.
Under the aforementioned Regulation, the deadline for rights holders to submit their applications to the Investor Compensation Center with the required documents is September 6, 2026.
Applications will be completed by submitting to the Investor Compensation Center the delivery receipt issued following the physical share certificates — relating to shares traded on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker YKGYO and belonging to our Company under its former name Yapı Kredi Koray Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. — being delivered to our Company against a protocol, along with the other documents required under the Regulation.
In this regard, it is important that rights holders wishing to benefit from the provisions of the Regulation complete their applications within the prescribed period in order to prevent any potential loss of rights.
