An Investment by Yapı Kredi Koray in Eskişehir - Neo Shopping and Lifestyle Center
Following special residential projects, The Neo Shopping and Lifestyle Center investment project with land purchased on April 28, 2005, was added to the schedule. Neo, Yapı Kredi Koray’s first investment project in this segment, will be realized on approximately 50,000 square meters of land in the Tepebaşı District of Eskişehir. This is one of the top five most developed cities in Turkey with urbanization, socio-economic indices, turnover indices of retail firms and literacy ratios. A hypermarket to be built on 11,500 square meters of land within the scope of the project will be operated by Carrefour-SA.
