Developed as a joint venture with a 50% share by Doğuş GYO, Evidea is the first project partnership in the sector. Located on approximately 34 acres of land on the Şile highway in the Ümraniye Çekmeköy region, Evidea is a residential complex consisting of maximum 9-story blocks supported by social facilities, distinguishing itself from others with both its architecture and functionality.

Situated near the Alemdağ forests in Ümraniye, Evidea offers a different living space where every detail of what we enjoy in life and miss in the city is meticulously considered. Evidea comprises 473 units ranging from 70 m² to 205 m², designed meticulously down to every square centimeter, offering units ranging from 1+1 to 4+1.
