YKS is one of the leading institutions in our country with respect to the concept of “Facility Management”

Our company “Koray GYO CZ a.s.”, which is 100% owned by Koray GYO A.Ş., was established in the Czech Republic in 2025 for the purpose of developing high-prestige real estate projects abroad. Koray GYO CZ is positioned as the strategic subsidiary of our Company for international projects.
