Mr. Vehbi Ergin Öztürk graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University in 1991 and completed his MBA program at the University of Baltimore (USA) in 1993. Between 1994 and 2005, he held various positions at Erfa Construction Inc., eventually becoming the General Manager. From 2005 to 2007, he worked at Capital Partners (Kazakhstan), and from 2010 to 2011 at Ingbau Gmbh (Germany), as well as in various companies in Lithuania and Turkey in engineering and senior management roles.

Currently, Mr. Öztürk serves as a Board Member at Koray Gayrimenkul ve Yatırım A.Ş., Koray Yapı Endüstrisi ve Ticaret A.Ş., and Koray İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. He has been a Board Member at Koray Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. since 2019 and is proficient in English.
