Yapı Kredi Plaza

The project of Yapı Kredi Plaza was the first modern business center that was constructed in Istanbul Levent and pioneered the development of the area as a business center. The project, which was designed and constructed by KORAY, and which consists of 3 blocks each of 20-storey buildings, has a total construction area of 90.000 m². The complex’s typical office floors are 972 m², and there are 6 units of electronically controlled elevators in each block. Its centrally controlled heating, cooling and ventilation systems were built in accordance with ASHRAE standards.
