A design fitting Istanbul's modern skyline with its elliptical architecture

Located in Şişli, one of Istanbul's prominent centers where all amenities expected from metropolitan life are available, Elit Residence is situated on a 4,500 m² area. It stands among the structures shaping Istanbul's modern skyline with its elliptical design bearing the signature of BSB London Architects. Completed in 2001, the project ranked among the top three residential projects at the MIPIM competition held in France in the same year. The project covers a total closed area of 30,000 m², with residential space totaling 15,000 m².
