He completed his higher education at Boğaziçi University, Department of Civil Engineering. Mr. Anbarcı worked as a Corporate and Commercial Banking Specialist at Garanti Bank A.Ş. between 1993 and 1995. From 1996 to 2001, he served as Corporate Marketing Manager at Interbank A.Ş. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2012, he held the position of Corporate Marketing Manager at Halkbank A.Ş. Mr. Anbarcı served as Corporate Branch Manager at Akbank T.A.Ş. from 2005 to 2011 and as Head of Commercial Loan Allocation Department from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, he served as a Board Member at Ak Portföy A.Ş. from 2012 to 2017 and as Deputy General Manager in charge of Credit Allocation at Akbank T.A.Ş. from 2017 to 2018.

Since May 2021, Mr. Anbarcı has been serving as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors at Koray Real Estate Investment Trust Inc.
