Koray GYO's second residential project, Istanbul Zen, is designed with the goal of harmonizing urban comfort free from metropolitan concerns with the tranquility offered by nature. The project is developed on a 10-acre land adjacent to Istanbul Istanbul in Göktürk District, known for its earthquake-resistant areas.

In its architecture, Zen Homes are built by harmonizing light, nature, greenery, and wood, based on the Far Eastern Zen philosophy that "living space is understanding what you live within, awakening to life." The project encompasses 74 residences in 9 different types ranging from 2+1 to 4+1, garden duplexes to terrace duplexes, flat apartments in three blocks to gallery units, and intermediate duplexes to corner duplexes.
