Kağıthane Ofispark

Kağıthane OfisPark has been designed as a fragmented settlement positioned around a yard, conforming the texture of the area with a modern touch.

The project has been designed with a contemporary and innovative design as per Class A office standards for companies that want to be at the center of the city but are unable to find a place due to high rents and limited supply.

Life at the complex, which Koray GYO added to its investment portfolio in December 2010 with the acquisition of two office floors, began in 2012.

Currently, the company has one office floor at Kağıthane Ofispark.
